The property is very well maintained and owner Ken was very responsive to all issues we had. The location is great, close to attractions, shopping, dining and Orlando airport. We rented for 2 months, and we loved it! My only suggestion is that there is too much furniture in the second master bedroom. I would switch the bed to the opposite wall, add 2 nightstands and remove one dresser. This is very minor, and will not keep us from renting again. Gas grill, heated pool & spa all included—you can’t beat this house. I cannot say enough good things about this home. We’ll be back next year, and I hope to enjoy many more years in this house for our winter vacation!!

We loved everything about Ken's house. It was neat, clean and perfect for our family. He was attentive to our needs and even stopped by to drop off supplies that we needed. He cared about his property and that was evident in our conversation with him. Overall a good experience. Only downside was that the hot tub was not functioning while we were there and he was going to take care of it. I'm sure it's heating up well now. Thanks Ken, would definitely rent your property again if we're in Orlando.

We stayed for 3 nights the beginning of December 2017. Home was clean and spacious! Game room in the garage was an extra bonus(my husband and kids enjoyed the video game)! The pool and hot tub were fabulous! Very close to Disney! We went to Magic Kingdom for one day and the rest of our stay, we played in the pool! Would defiantly recommend and would stay again!

Home is very clean, this home actually has large flat screen TVs! Nice game room.

We were a party of eight and found the home to be very comfortable and ample. The swimming pool is heated and very appealing even though we did not get a chance to use it. The home is situated very close to the Disney attractions and the commute was very easy. The home is very clean and the furnishings are very comfortable. We did note one prior review mentioned that the windows and doors should be checked. We did encounter this issue. Most of the windows and doors were open (unlocked). We did not realize this upon our arrival and left to the Disney Parks. We realized when we returned. Thankfully everything was in order and nothing was missing. The sliding door did not lock at all. I am handy and was able to fix it to where it would lock (peace of mind). Some light bulbs were missing and or not working. Not a major issue. Overall great home and would recommend staying there.

I picked this house because of the great reviews. I was disappointed from the get go. Our check in time was 4 pm. We called around 3pm asking if it was ok if we came a little early. He didn't reply. A little while later his housekeeper called to tell us "Ken" was not reachable and wouldn't be for several days. She also informed us she did not have us on the books for the dates we selected. I emailed Ken the day before to confirm and he confirmed and even gave me the key code to get in the house. Needless to say the house keeper was awfully rude at first. Not wanting to help. Finally she decided to come finish cleaning the house and it would be ready by 5 pm. Ok. Fine. The house is absoutely beautiful. The only downside to the house was the light switches and the lights weren't connected. You had to pull the string everytime you needed to turn the light on or off. Will definitely rent another house in Florida just not this one.
