The house has a great location, not far from the Disney parks, it had floates for the pool so we didn’t have to buy any. The only thing I wasn’t expecting was to have to wash all the towels and strip the beds to wash sheets. The beds were soft, but were loud to get out of. There were plenty of blankets. My girls absolutely Loved the shopkins bedroom. The only thing I wish there was was a high chair to feed a little one but other than that it was great! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Perfect location. Very short 15 min drive to Disney if that. House was great all the rooms were very clean big with closets and 3 bathrooms because we all know kids all want to use the bathroom at the same time. The pool was a hit with the whole family. Also it’s conveniently near Walmart and other dining and shopping places. We will definitely book this house again when taking our next Disney vacation in the near future. Can’t thank you enough Ken! We enjoyed our stay at this property. Ken is a nice guy and responsive to any questions/concerns you might have. The configuration is better suited to families vs. six adults, but we knew this when we booked it! It's close to the parks, grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely reach out again for future stays.

We really enjoy the stay having the pool was very convenient. House was very clean, quiet neighborhood. My only problem was the bed in the master room, it was somewhat uncomfortable, but besides that quick fix I'll definitely come back again in a near future!

The house was beautiful we stayed from June 2nd-7th and the weather was nice. Not far from Disney parks at all.. House was clean and in great shape it had everything we needed for the days we stayed.. We didn't want to leave! ???? but we had to.. House is a perfect getaway. It was a very nice house, very close to everything, clean, would definitely stay there again. My whole family had a great time.

This was our 4th time staying at this house. My family enjoys and looks forward to the vacations we have at this location. Mr. Benner is a pleasure to work with and takes pride in his home. We always look forward to the upgrades/changes he makes each year. The location is private and on a quiet street. Furniture is very comfortable and clean. Would recommend this house without any hesitation. We are looking forward to going again next year!

We enjoyed our stay! This place was close to Disney and plenty of places to eat and shop. The home was very clean, and the owner is quick to respond. It was well-stocked with dishes, and plenty of linens are provided. The hot tub is a nice bonus after a long hard day at Disney. Our kids loved having the pool table and arcade machine. There was more than enough room for our family of 7...We will be staying here again when we come back to Orlando.
