Owner addressed any concerns promptly. We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable here. Beds were very comfy. Lots of storage space. Quiet and safe neighborhood for walking/biking. Pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was nice feature. Sometimes it got a little noisy poolside with the highway noise. But you couldn't really hear it in house or at night. Pool area is fenced and very private. Plenty of towels/linens House was very clean on arrival. Kitchen is fairly well equipped with plenty of room to store your stuff. Close to grocery stores and anything Disney Bicycles were a nice feature - we used them almost daily. BBQ grill was good feature and we used it often. Back yard area behind pool was nice for playing yard games. Suggestions: *It would be nice if owner had a book with helpful information: ie: alarm system, garbage/recycle rules, restaurants and things to do in area, pool info(filling it when it gets low), local churches, where to fill grill propane tank, nearest pharmacy/hospital etc. *add some reading lamps in the living room. We moved some around, but would be nice if there were a couple. *Hand rails for pool/hot tub would be a nice added safety feature. *Umbrella on patio table is nice, but afternoon sun can be intense, would be nice if you had a tilting one to provide some much needed shade in afternoon. *You might want to consider a couple of additional sitting chairs for pool area ...house sleeps 8 but only 4 chairs. You could always store the extra ones in the garage. *Kitchen: Broiler pan would be nice to have and some baking dishes. I put a cork screw in your kitchen as there wasn't one. *Need additional plastic glassware for using at pool.

A quiet setting away in a very nice neighborhood. Minutes from Everything The home is immaculate, you want for nothing. All types of restaurants shopping, golf, imniature golf. Is all near by have already recommended this home to friends and relatives.

This home is everything wonderful!Close to shopping,golf,Disney and Sea World. Excellent resturaunts everywhere. Looking forward to next year already!

Couldn't ask for a better house!! It was clean and very comfy!! Everything we need it was in the house!! Thank you!! The house is beautiful and well maintain and very clean!!!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation. There were 7 of us representing 4 different families and we never had an issue. Having a TV in every room was great. The 3 baths were perfect. Almost allowing all families to have their own. The seating space for dinner was perfect for our "family" dinners. And we ALL loved having the hottub and pool all to oursleves. Not to mention the awesome huge grill. There is a trundle bed in one of the twin rooms and a couple fold up beds / cots. So AMPLE sleeping space for large numbers. The couch is very comfortable. They have a movie library which was pertty cool. We actually watched the Grinch. :) The large washer and dryer came in handy for the number of people we had. All and all it was a GREAT expereince. The house comes with plenty of towels. Pretty much all kitchen appliances. The one thing I wish it had was a pitcher to make some lemonade or tea. But I can't think of anything else we looked for and could not find. We could not have asked for a better set up. Plus it was convenient to all parks and even to our gym for volleyball. I hope to be able to stay here again. :)

This home was exactly what the description says and much more. The owner made sure that we had an amazing vacation and was always one phone call away. Would highly recommend this house to family & friends and will most definitely be renting again!

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. The home is as beautiful as it looks online. It is spacious, bright, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The pool is very private, clean, and warm. The house is equipped with all of the necessities for a pleasant vacation. My children enjoyed the TV's in each room and the selection of movies that are in the home. It is located in a great development not far from shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and only wants people to be happy. I would highly recommend this home. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Better than a home away from home. You want for nothing and the home is very comfortable and immaculate. The home is located close to main attractions, Shopping, and many great places to eat. We are already looking forward to our stay next year. Ken could not have done anything more for us!!!! I would recommend this vacation home to anyone and already have.

The four bedroom home was exactly as described. It was clean, attractively decorated, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Hot tub, pool, patio and grill were easily accessible from either the kitchen area or the master bedroom. The quiet neighborhood was not far from area attractions and a large variety of restaurants and stores. The owner provided great customer service and was readily available if needed. We would highly recommend the property and plan to return in the future.

Great location and space for a large family. Pool was not warm enough and could have used a better cleaning before we arrived however space was great for a large family and game room is great. Suggest getting another chair for the living room.
