The house was well equipped with the basics that we needed for our stay. Ken was great to work with by answering my questions in a very timely manner. Our group of 8 was very comfortable in the house and our teenagers loved the game room and pool. We traveled to Universal Studios each day which was only a 20 minute drive from the house. There are many shops and restaurants nearby which is convenient if you want to eat out. We enjoyed cooking at the house and relaxing after a long day at Universal. I will recommend this property to my friends and family who are traveling to Orlando. Thank you Ken! We loved our stay!

Kids wanted to buy this house and live here! Ken couldn't have made this vacation any better. The whole family had everything we needed for an amazing week. Family that stayed at a Disney Resort said they would of rented this house instead (and would of saved money). About 4 minutes from local supermarket and tons of restaurants. Skip the Disney parks and just spend the vacation here! Cant say anything negative. I have found my favorite vacation home!

Home has everything you could ever want in a central Florida vacation rental extremely close to all major theme parks can see fireworks every night from Disney from the front yard the house is very clean very nice and comfortable beds and nice furniture and a very nice pool area would definitely recommend to anyone for convenience and comfort also very close to grocery stores and other eats in the area

Ken's Vacation rental at 8071Roaring Creek Court has everything to make your stay right at home. The house is perfectly furnished to as make you as comfortable as possible for a wonderful vacation, very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub are above average. There are so many great restaurant close to the house you have troublemaking a choice. The location of the house is close to all kinds of shopping including great food stores. Ken is the best host you could ask for so informative and friendly. Not only is the home close to Disney there is an amusement park{ called FUN SPOT] with free parking just around the corner and no crowds like Disney. The place is the best, we are already booked for 2017

Six of us, including two young, active children, stayed at Ken's house for 8 nights without any problems. Spacious master suite plus two extra baths gave everyone their privacy-- impossible in a resort property at a reasonable price. Pool door alarms gave peace of mind. We cooked in every night in the very well-equipped kitchen. Lovely private pool. We would definitely stay there again. Easy access to both Disney and Universal. Thanks Ken!

Mr. Ken's home provides the perfect getaway vacation home of which will have you yearning for more. Not only does the home have memory foam beds but entertainment to match (movies, wii games, arcade, pool table etc) The home will truly enhance your stay within Florida, and is only 10 min at best from the parks as well as all major stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. You should remove any worries or doubts you have with renting with Mr. Ken as he is a gentleman who responds quickly and does the job correctly. There was not one negative part with the rental payment, stay, or property. In fact I would love to visit the home strictly as a getaway and not having the need to visit the parks. Stop searching for other homes as this is how it should be done each and everytime. Smooth payment transction, immediate communication, beautiful home of which can sleep up to 12 comfortably. YES, 12 comfortably!

Had a problem getting directions on GPS. Once we changed the address to Kisslmee we were able to find the property.
