We had a good time, house it is close to Dianey parks and it is well stocked and cleaned. We enjoy our stay

This is the 5th vacation home we stayed in around Disney World. 2nd time in Indian Creek. The inside of this home was beautiful and clean. Nice flooring and furniture. We have 5 kids ages 6-14. Indian Creek is close to the parks, especially Animal Kingdom if you take Sherbeth Road. The boys loved the pool table. Lots of televisions but we didn't even turn them on this trip! While this house is beautiful, the neighborhood is showing its age a bit. There is some highway noise behind the house when in the pool. Didn't bother us but wanted to mention in case that kind of thing bothers you. Ken is very responsive to messages. Great stay.

We had a great time here as a family. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The house is very clean and very comfortable.

This large beautiful and clean home was perfect for our 8 guests... the house was very nicely furnished with new and very comfortable furniture. The home felt like home and Ken was a very responsive host. My teenage and adult guests all enjoyed the pool/spa, pool table and 1980's arcade game in the garage. Definitely would recommend this house to others.

We arrived at this wonderful rental home on Christmas Day. We opened the door to find a lighted Christmas tree and a large welcome basket with goodies inside. We've probably rented 20 - 25 VRBO/HomeAway homes in the last 15 years and never did we ever find a welcome basket. The beds were very comfortable; having TVs in each bedroom was a plus and the location to the Disney parks (about 15 minutes away using Sherberth Road) and Universal (about 30 minutes depending on traffic) was great. The house was well stocked and we would surely stay here again if we visit the Orlando area again. Diane from Green Bay

Ken was wonderful to work with. The location to the parks is FABULOUS. The home was clean, well equipped, beds were comfortable and games in the garage generated created a wee bit of fun competition among the adults. I would have rated it five stars if it wasn't for the pool pump that was creating noise. I know that was temporary and Ken plans to get that fixed. I would surely recommend this home to anyone. This property is very clean and well keep. The three bathrooms are a big plus for a large group; we had 7 in our group. We only ate breakfast at the house and it was a little tight getting around the kitchen/breakfast area in the mornings. There were adequate cooking equipment (pots/pans) and utensils. However there was nothing in the way of supplies. One roll of paper towels, one little salt shaker and some coffee filters. This seems to be a Florida thing some house do not even have toilet paper when you get to the house. The beds are okay but not as great as some of the reviews state. I think the $1500.00 deposit is way too high and it took 7 days to get a credit back. For this reason I would probably not rent this house again.

The house itself was great. We got there and were looking for extra towels and we found wet towels in the washing machine and the rest of the house towels in the drying machine, never taken out to fold. We also had a very hard time comunicating with the owner which left a bad taste in our mouths. I called Ken about three times and wrote to him as well but never got a reply; We spent 3 1/2 days without wifi in a dead zone. I would definitily not stay again solely due to the bad hosting we experienced-

We stayed in this house for our Disney trip and were so surprised at how close to Disney this house is. Ken responded to all my questions right away, which is awesome! The house is very spacious and even has an arcade game machine in the garage. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!
